PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible member for feeding a paper sheet capable of ensuring excellent flexibility and a high friction force. SOLUTION: An elastic basic body 1 has a first side end 10, a second side end 20 opposing to the first side end 10 in a first direction D1, and a plurality of archlike empty body parts 50. A plurality of archlike empty body parts 50 are provided on a first face 11 of the elastic basic body 1, are extended in the first direction D1, and are arranged in a second direction D2 orthogonally crossing the first direction D1.
