摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film capable of preventing cracks and providing a stable high conductive performance when using it in connecting a film LCD (a liquid crystal using plastic film as a base material) or the like. SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive film is comprised by dispersing conductive particles in adhesive and it is imparted with conductivity in the thickness direction by pressurization it in the thickness direction. It is characterized in that metal plating is applied to surfaces of plastic particles to be used as the conductive particles and a thickness of the plating is 30-500 nm.
