PURPOSE: Provided is a compound of a platinum(II) complex and a hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin, which improves stability and solubility and increases bioavailability and can be used as a liquid injection or powder injection. CONSTITUTION: The compound of the platinum(II) complex and the hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin is formed by grafting the hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin(formula B) into the platinum(II) complex(formula A), wherein R1 and R2 are identically or differently hydrogen atom or C1-C4 low alkyl or a cyclic compound thereof, R is (CH2-C(CH3)HO)nH and n is 0, 1, 2, 3. The molar ratio of the platinum(II) complex(formula A) and the hydroxypropyl beta-cyclodextrin(formula B) is 1:1.5-3.
