PURPOSE: To suppress leak of heat generated in a linear motor to the external side. CONSTITUTION: This linear motor is used in the vacuum atmosphere and includes a stator, a rotor which relatively moves against the stator, and a metal film which is provided at least one surface of the stator and motor. Therefore, a radiation coefficient can be reduced and leak of the heat by radiation from the linear motor can be reduced.
