PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a seal integrated separator superior in a positioning accuracy of a sealant and also effective for reduction of man-hour in assembling a fuel cell. SOLUTION: The separator body having a through hole near a position where the sealant is to be arranged and installed is fabricated, for example, by a press-forming or the like. Next, the separator body is pinched by an upper mold 81 having the second, the fourth and the sixth concave grooves 92, 94 and having a gate 85a to communicate through these concave grooves 92, 94, and by a lower mold 82 having the first, the third and the fifth concave grooves 91, 93. Afterwards, by supplying the fused sealant to the gate 85a, the fused sealant is injected and molded into the concave grooves 92, 94 of the upper mold 81, and part of the sealant supplied to these concave grooves 92, 94 is injected and molded into the concave grooves 91, 93 of the lower mold 82 through the through hole 75. |
