PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building history management system using an electronic certificate card which unitarily manages even the history of building repairing and improvement after the building is handed over. SOLUTION: This building history management system using the electronic certificate composed of an electronic recording medium is composed of a house maker means block consisting of a reader/writer means for reading the information of the electronic certificate, an inputting means for inputting information to the electronic certificate, a controlling means for controlling the information of the reader/writer means and the inputting means, a displaying means for displaying the information on a screen, a printer means for printing the information displayed on the screen, a transmitting and receiving means for converting the information into a transmissible data format and transmitting the information, and a database server means for recording data constructed from the information. |
