PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade for an electrophotographic device having excellent cleaning property at low temperature, causing no chattering noise at high temperature and having stable cleaning property under the condition of a wide temperature range for a long time. SOLUTION: In the cleaning blade for an electrophotographic device consisting of a blade member made of a thermosetting urethane elastomer, a supporting member and an adhesive layer, the blade member is made of an elastic material showing <=5 deg.C peak temperature of tanδmeasured under the condition of 5% elongation at 10 Hz.
