PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and smoothly perform exchange work of a winding core and a winding body for a winding mechanism and simplify and miniaturize a configuration. SOLUTION: This winding body manufacturing device is provided with the winding mechanism 28 for rotating a shaft 24 and winding a web 18 around the winding core 22 to obtain a winding roll 26, a conveyance mechanism 30 advancing and retracting on a winding mechanism 28 side to convey the shaft 24 for the winding mechanism 28, a delivery mechanism 34 for delivering the winding roll 26 into a winding body receiving mechanism 32 while holding one end of the shaft 24, and a winding core supply mechanism 36 for aligning and holding a plurality of winding cores 22 and mounting the winding core 22 on the shaft 24.
