PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an incoming call guiding apparatus which informs an incoming call to a crew in a vehicle by using owner's name of a mobile telephone set instead of incoming call sound, when incoming call arrives at the mobile telephone set in the vehicle. SOLUTION: A control unit 2 of a system mounted on a vehicle sends a connection confirming signal periodically in a vehicle, and the mobile telephone set 11 sends a confirming response when the connection confirming signal is received in the vehicle. The control unit 2 registers an owner ID of the telephone set 11 in a data base in a memory 1, and reduces the calling sound volume when the telephone set 11 receives the incoming call. The telephone set 11 sends an incoming call information signal (owner ID) to the control unit 2 when the incoming call is received. The control unit 2 refers the owner ID to the owner ID registered in the data base. When both ID's are identical, the control part 2 regenerates an incoming call guide from a speaker 5, stating 'A telephone call to Mr. A', and displays the incoming call guide on a display unit 4, representing 'A telephone call to Mr. A'.
