PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation pipe capable of sufficiently absorbing displacement difference by a loop. SOLUTION: This base isolation pipe is a metal pipe for connecting an indoor machine within a facility having a base isolation structure with an outdoor machine outside the facility. This metal pipe has a circularly curved loop portion between attaching portions of a facility side and an outdoor machine side, and the displacement difference between the attaching portions is absorbed by deformation of the loop portion. The metal pipe 21 is enveloped by a coating material 23 reducing friction resistance at a crossing portion 3 where the pipes are superposed by forming a loop.
