PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor actuator decreased in size and capable of outputting in a high reduction ratio and to improve quietness. SOLUTION: The motor actuator is provided with a worm wheel 22, a planetary gear 30, a solar gear 32 (non-rotatable), and an output gear 40 (rotatable). The solar gear 32 and the output gear 40 are set such that the numbers of teeth are different from each other and both the gears are engaged with the planetary gear 30. When the planetary gear 30 effects one revolution around the peripheries of the solar gear 32 and the output gear 40 through rotation of the worm wheel 22, the output gear 40 is rotated in a peripheral direction by a value equivalent to the difference between the numbers of teeth of the solar gear 32 and the output gear 40 and is capable of outputting in a high reduction ratio. A stay 26 is formed in diameter larger than that of a spindle 28 and a weight balance of the planetary gear 30 in the worm wheel 22 is corrected. This constitution prevents generation of rotation noise and vibration when the planetary gear 30 is revolved.
