PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve regulating device for reducing a backlash. SOLUTION: In this throttle valve regulating device in which a throttle valve pipe piece provided with a connecting chamber and a cover for covering the connecting chamber are provided, the throttle valve pipe piece has a throttle valve pipe piece edge part around the connecting chamber, the cover has a cover edge part engaged to the throttle valve pipe piece edge part, and the throttle valve pipe piece has a throttle valve mounted on a throttle valve stem supported rotatably within the throttle valve pipe piece and a servo motor which is connected to the throttle valve stem and rotates the throttle valve stem within the connecting chamber, a buffer member is provided on an engagement surface of the throttle valve pipe piece edge part engaged to the cover edge part.
