PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a weak solvent type coating material excellent in initial drying properties, tacking properties and hardening properties in a wide variety of drying conditions. SOLUTION: This coating material composition including >=50 wt.% of an aliphatic hydrocarbon in its total solvent includes following (A) and (B) as the resin components including >=40 wt.% of a gel fraction. (A) a solvent soluble acryl polyol resin having 5,000-200,000 of weight average molecular weight, -5 to 70 deg.C of a glass transition temperature and 15-100 KOHmg/g or a hydroxyl value. (B) an isocyanate compound.
