PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organopolysioxane composition having two kinds of curing mechanisms of photopolymerizability and condensation curability, and good adhesion, particularly immediately after irradiation with ultraviolet rays to an adherend. SOLUTION: The organopolysiloxane composition comprises (A) a diorganopolysiloxne having hydroxyl groups at both molecular chain terminals, (B) an organosilicon compound to be represented by formula (2) [wherein R4 is a hydrogen atom, a phenyl group or a halogenated phenyl group; R5 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; R6 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; X is a hydrolyzable group; Z1 is -R7-, -R7O- or -R7(CH3)2Si (wherein R7 is a divalent hydrocarbon group); Z2 is an oxygen atom or a divalent hydrocarbon group; m is 0, 1 or 2; and n is 0, 1 or 2], (C) a condensation curing catalyst, and (D) a potopolymerization initiator.
