PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-emitting element, having temperature compensation function of optical output, a light-emitting element module, and a light-emitting element carrier inside the module. SOLUTION: The light-emitting element carrier is applied to a light-emitting element driving method, wherein a parallel circuit of a thermistor 102 whose resistance has negative temperature characteristic and a resistor element 103 is connected, in series with the light-emitting element of current driving type. The thermistor 102 and the resistor element 103 are formed into a film type on the surface of a base part 101 of the light-emitting element carrier, on which surface a light emitting element is to be mounted. |
