PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reducing agent to be added to NOx reducing catalyst from being exposed to hot exhaust gas and carbonized in a nozzle. SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device has the NOx reducing catalyst 5 in the filter case 4 disposed in the midway of an exhaust pipe 3. An inlet pipe 11 (introduction port) of exhaust gas 2 is disposed at a position shifted from the shaft core position on the upstream side end surface of the filter case 4, a guide nozzle 16 overhanging in the separating direction from the NOx reducing catalyst 5 is provided projectedly at the shaft core position on the upstream side end surface of the filter case 4, and the tip of the guide nozzle 16 is provided with an injector 17 capable of injecting the reducing agent 8 toward the NOx reducing catalyst 5. Thus, the guide nozzle 16 for guiding the reducing agent 8 from the injector 17 into the filter case 4 is cooled by air outside the filter case 4, and carbonization of the reducing agent 8 in a flow passage of the guide nozzle 16 is prevented. |
