PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and lightweight resin sheet having an antiglare function for preventing the so-called goast phenomenon in which an illumination light such as a fluorescent light or sunlight, and or part of the surrounding objects such as a keyboarder is reflected on the screen surface, and to provide a method for manufacturing the resin sheet and a liquid crystal display device which uses the resin sheet. SOLUTION: The resin sheet is composed of at least a gas barrier layer, a base layer and one hard coat layer with the hard coat layer present as the outermost layer. The hard coat layer has recesses and protrudes on the outer surface.
