<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To free a coupling function between a shaft member and a cylindrical member forming a case-like torque transmitting member from the influence of a temperature variation. SOLUTION: The case-like torque transmitting member 3 includes the shaft member 25 for transmitting torque, and the non-magnetic cylindrical member 27 disposed to separate a magnetic path of an electromagnet 23 from the shaft member 25. The shaft member 25 and the cylindrical member 27 are engaged with each other by engaging parts 37, 41 so as not to rotate relative to each other, and are locked axially by a stepped part 5 and a snap ring 7.</p> |
