<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved drive mount system which can provide speedy and easy access to, specially, the rear part of the drive. SOLUTION: A mount mechanism for a plurality of computer storage drives is so constituted that at least one drive can be mounted and switched for easy access to the drive and a cable connector. This mechanism includes a mount bracket, a hinge, and a chassis which is connected in a hinge style so that the bracket is opened in access and closed in operation. The bracket enables easy access by making the cable connector of at least one mount drive faces the side away from the hinge at an opening position. In a preferable example, the bracket is locked at a closure position so that it can be unlocked. Further, the bracket mounts a hard drive so that it is exposed to the air space on a computer motherboard for easy cooling.</p> |
