PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat cable which does not need to be designed and manufactured individually so as to match the distance between printed-wiring boards of an electronic apparatus, and which does not expose a conductor before connection with the printed-wiring board. SOLUTION: This flexible flat cable 100 is integrally formed by a film-like base material 1 having insulation property, a plurality of conductors 2 arranged in parallel in a given intervals of the base material 1, and a coat material 4 having insulating property and coating the conductor 2. The conductor 1 is longitudinally provided with a projection 6 which breaks through the coat material 4 by pressing the coat material 4 from the surface.
