<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the good image quality of a color toner image formed on an image forming body, then, to efficiently transfer the image to a transfer material or an intermediate transfer body, and to efficiently clean residual toner on a transparent toner layer below the transfer material or the intermediate transfer body. SOLUTION: A developing unit 13T for transparent toner T and respective developing units 13Y, 13M, 13C and 13K for respective kinds of toner Y, M, C and K are arranged on the peripheral surface of a photoreceptor drum 10 from an upstream side in the drum rotating direction in this order, and by using aspherical toner as the transparent toner T, the toner is easily cleaned, on the other hand, by using spherical toner as respective kinds of color toner Y, M, C and K, a satisfactory transfer performance is obtained and an image of high image quality is obtained.</p> |
