PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate a defective product from a good product of a printed book, pull it out easily and securely, and arrange it. SOLUTION: This defective product pulling out device of the sheet printed book is provided with a conveyance device 11 for conveying the sheet printed book 20 and an accumulation part 15 for accumulating the conveyed sheet printed book 20. A stopper 13 is provided in the accumulation part 15 so as to open and close it freely. A printing condition of the sheet printed book 20 is detected by a detection part 16. A control part 17 closes the stopper 13 when a good product signal is inputted based on a signal from the detection part 16 and brings the good product 20d among the printed books 20 into contact with the stopper 13 to drop it into the accumulation part 15. When a defective product signal is inputted, the control part 17 opens the stopper 13, releases the defective products 20a to 20c to the outside without abutting them on the stopper 13, and stores them in a pocket 33 through a guide plate 30 to arrange them. |
