PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ball joint for a vehicle with less number of parts and man-hours, and with excellent durability. SOLUTION: This ball joint for a vehicle comprises plastic housings 2 connected to ends of a rod 3 and ball studs 1 having spherical head parts 1a rotatably incorporated in the housing 2, neck parts 1c, and screw parts 1b formed integrally with each other. When the housing 2 is formed integrally with a fiber-reinforced plastic material after the spherical head parts 1a of the ball studs 1 are coated with lubricating oil, the spherical head parts 1a of the ball studs 1 are incorporated in the housing 2 by insert molding. |
