PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately monitor a site used by Internet connection using a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A monitor server 12 for monitoring the site connected from the mobile terminal through a mobile packet network and a gate way is provided with a URL access start-up processing part 54 for controlling the mobile terminal 16 in prescribed timing to URL-access the site by a route through the mobile packet network and the gate way, a service response control processing part 56 and a service performance monitoring processing part 58 for acquiring a response data received from the site to the mobile terminal through the gate way and the mobile packet network, and for analyzing the response data to judge whether abnormality or failure is generated in the site or not, and an alarm notification processing part 42 for preparing a notification data for notifying the abnormality or the failure to transmit it to other system when the abnormality or the failure is generated. |
