PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal detector which can make a linear data read and read data faster. SOLUTION: This signal detector includes four data readout lines SIG1 to SIG4 which are connected to four data lines DL1 to DL4 through transistors 3a to 3d for switches and an H switch driving circuit 1a which drives the transistors 3a to 3d corresponding to the four data lines DL1 to DL4 in substantially the same timing.
