PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electronic capacitor which has little deterioration in characteristics associate with a connection and excellent in high-frequency responsibility, by preventing a wiring circuit of the capacitor from being elongated in length when the capacitor is mounted on a substrate together with many other electronic parts, and restraining the capacitor from deteriorating in ESR characteristics and ESL characteristics due to the elongated length of the wiring circuit of the capacitor. SOLUTION: A solid-state electrolytic capacitor is composed of an electrode body 2 with a plurality of through holes 2a bored in the direction of its thickness and anode leads 3 filling the through holes 2a provided to the electrode body 2. Exposed surfaces of the anode leads 3 are made to serve as anode terminals, and exposed surfaces of cathode layers are made to serve as cathode terminals, the anodes and cathodes are alternately arranged on the same plane, by which the electrolytic capacitor can be reduced in ESR and remarkably decreased in characteristic impedance in high frequency by canceling ESL each other, and the electrolytic capacitor can be remarkably improved in high-frequency responsibility.
