PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method or the like capable of properly tracking a movement of a three dimensional object inside a two dimensional continuous image. SOLUTION: The method of tracking the movement of the three dimensional object by using the continuous two dimensional image is provided with a first step of calibrating by using a marker point of the three dimensional object and a corresponding marker point inside an initial frame in the two dimensional continuous image, and a second step of determining a projection matrix of the two dimensional image in a predetermined frame after the initial frame. It is characterized by that the projection matrix in the second step is determined so that a position of the marker point of the two dimensional image determined by the projection matrix is optimal.
