PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roller easily released from a form block having superior manufacturing workability, and a provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This rubber roller is provided with a roller shaft and a roller body formed by injecting and molding liquid rubber into the form block formed concentrically to the outer circumference of the roller shaft. The form block is provided with a film concentrically disposed about the roller shaft.
