PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal injection of a distribution type fuel injection pump caused by the high pressure of a fuel injection pressure and the lowering of lubrication of fuel. SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 4 is fitted to a head plug 3 fitted in a head IC of a pump housing 1 so that the fuel temperature in a high-pressure chamber 23 of a plunger pump 2 is directly detected to correct the fuel injection quantity. A roller bearing 7 is interposed between a sliding surface between a feed pump cover 51 of a feed pump 5 and a roller ring 61 to reduce the friction and the position of the roller ring 61 is quickly controlled by a timer T.
