PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality by suppressing transmission of heat to the outside, by attaining the extension of a life in a shock absorbing action of vibration while the generation or the like of a crack is prevented. SOLUTION: A shock absorber 21, having an insertion hole 8 for inserting a bolt 7 screwed to a liquid film 2, comprises mutually laminated spring washers 23, 24 interposing a cover 3 capable of being displaced in the radial direction in the vicinity of an external periphery, a pair of flange parts 28, 31 arranged capable of being displaced in the radial direction and the axial line direction in the through hole 8 of the spring washers 23, 24 to interpose it from the axial line directional both sides by providing a clearance 37 between the washers, and a collar member 22 having a connection part 33 for connecting a pair of the flange parts 28, 31.
