PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage unit and its construction method in constructing a closet or the like of a concrete multiple dwelling house. SOLUTION: This storage unit comprises a bottom face panel, right and left side face panels, an inner face panel and a ceiling panel. The bottom face panel is composed of a panel frame body provided on a floor face, and an angle determining plate provided at each inside angle of the panel frame body. The lower face side of the panel frame body is provided with an installation body for erecting the right and left side face panels or the like along the side face of the panel frame body.
