PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on waste water treatment by collecting a coating material that is to be brought out in a state stuck to the surface of a coated object. SOLUTION: A third water washing system 33 is installed between a first system 31 (UF(ultra filtration) water washing treatment) and a second system 32 (industrial water washing treatment). This third system 33 is equipped with a pump part 331 for pumping up wash water from a first stage washing section 321 of the second system 32, a spray part 332 for jetting the wash water to an object to be coated, and a collecting part 333 for sending the wash water to the last stage washing section 314 of the first system 31.
