<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rotary shaft being integral with a cutter wheel chip to be stably used over a long period of time and further to enable a surface of a brittle material to be stably scribed by the cutter wheel chip. SOLUTION: The rotary shaft 23 is put through a shaft center part of the cutter wheel chip for scribing the brittle material and the rotary shaft 23 is provided integrally with the cutter wheel chip. The rotary shaft 23 is supported by being respectively inserted in supporting holes 14 provided in respective sidewall parts 11 of a chip holder 10. A groove part 13 is formed at an upper part of each supporting hole 14 along an axial direction of the supporting hole 14.</p> |
