PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of banding in an image processing mechanism arranged on the upstream side or downstream side of a roller conveyance mechanism. SOLUTION: One-way clutches 21c, 22c and 23c of drive roller units 21, 22 and 23 disposed in the conveyance mechanism to prohibit rotating of shafts 21a, 22a and 23a faster than drive rollers 21b, 22b and 23b while permitting the rotation of the drive rollers 21b, 22b and 23b faster than the shafts 21a, 22a and 23a with respect to a conveyance direction of photographic paper are respectively arranged between the shafts 21a, 22a and 23a and the drive rollers 21b, 22b and 23b.
