PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate insufficiency of oxygen in a combustion portion of a gas oven due to hard and long use by blowing secondary air to a combustion chamber, reduce generation of monoxide in the amount by expanding a combustible region, and improve safety. SOLUTION: A combustion burner B1 which is provided in a firing chamber 80 of the gas oven G1, comprises a fixing plate 1, tool 2 for assisting fixing, burner head 3, secondary air supply pipe 4, spark rod 5, flame rod 6 and blower 7. The pipe 4 is disposed along the burner head 3 with a plurality of air holes 40 being provided in the longitudinal direction. The blower 7 is disposed at a base end of an air supply pipe 32 which is connected to the burner head 3. The blower 7 simultaneously conducts supply of primary air to the burner head 3 and supply of secondary air to the pipe 4, while its air volume being adjustable with the movement of a control plate 74.
