PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planet roller transmission capable of assembling a fixed ring, a planet roller and a sun shaft with negative clearance without shrinkage- fitting the fixed ring. SOLUTION: In this planet roller transmission comprising the fixed ring 2 mounted and fixed in a housing 1, the sun shaft 3 coaxially mounted inside the fixed ring 2, plural planet rollers 4 mounted between the fixed ring 2 and the sun shaft 3 in a pressure contact state, and a carrier 5 for rotatably supporting the planet rollers 4, the fixed ring 2 is divided into two 2a, 2b at opposite positions of 180 deg., and the both divided members 2a, 2b are integrated by means of fastening members 18, 19.
