PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a masking pressure-sensitive sensitive adhesive tape for hair dyeing applicable to the skin surface by extreme simple operations, scarcely causing skin irritation without making a hair dye stick to the borders of the hair and without fouling the skin surface during dyeing operation of the hair by using e.g. a hair dye for gray hair, hair color or hair manicure. SOLUTION: This rolled masking pressure-sensitive adhesive tape has an adhesive mass layer formed on one surface of a supporting substrate having flexibility such as a paper substrate or a nonwoven fabric. An organic liquid component is contained in the adhesive mass layer and an acrylic adhesive mass is preferably used as the adhesive mass and is subjected to crosslinking treatment. Chemical crosslinking using an organic peroxide, a polyfunctional isocyanate, a metal chelating compound or a metal alcoholate compound is preferred for the crosslinking treatment. An esterified substance is preferably used as the organic liquid component.
