PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an alkali coating removal type photocatalytic coating material composition which is characterized in that the composition not only provides a photocatalytic decomposition function and hydrophilicity for a long period of time but also can be dissolved and removed with an alkali agent when a coating film is not needed. SOLUTION: This alkali coating removal type photocatalytic coating material composition comprises a copolymer P composed of a polymerizable unsaturated carboxylic acid, a (meth)acrylic acid ester and a dimethylpolysiloxane derivative represented by formula I (R1 is hydrogen atom or methyl group; R2 is methyl group or cyano group; R3 is an alkylene group or an alkyleneoxy group (1-10C); A is oxygen atom or imino group; (a) is an integer of 0-6; (b) is an integer of 10-50) as main components and a photocatalyst.
