PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation face plate for a working vehicle having display means for apparently seizing and recognizing how the action of an operation lever, when operated, is caused by the operation in such a direction. SOLUTION: The operation face plate 19 comprises pictures 30-37 arranged around the operation lever 17 corresponding to the operating direction of the operation lever 17. The active portions of the pictures corresponding to the operating direction of the operation lever 17 are displayed in colors separate from those of non-active portions and the respective acting directions belonging to the pictures are displayed by arrow marks 40-53.
