PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional printing device for conveying a web according to a central criterion that the web is inclined toward one side of each constituent element and runs, thereby increasing meandering and frequency of wrinkle and rupture, according to a one side criterion because travel means of a feeding machine and a winding machine for the web and various sensors must be moved in accordance with a width of the web, the device becomes complicated and cost is increased due to the travel means, and therefor, a running position of the web is set to the one side criterion to simplify the device. SOLUTION: The inclination of a dancer roller is corrected by adjusting right and left loads of the dancer roller minutely to keep right and left tensile forces of the web equal. At this time, right and left load balance of the dancer roller is controlled by adjusting right and left load means minutely and moving a stabilizer to the right and left to change its center of gravity. Moreover, right and left tensile forces of the web and the inclination of the dancer roller are detected and fed back to perform minute adjustment of the right and left load means. |
