PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of quickly generating questionnaires at a low cost according to members and constitution varying with residences so as to improve a customer's degree of satisfaction and be useful for development and maintenance. SOLUTION: The typical configuration of this system for generating questionnaires by each residence has a first database having question items corresponding to the members or constitution used in a dwelling house, a second database having elements by each residence formed by member or constitution by each residence, and an extract means for extracting question items by each residence by checking the first data base with the second database. |
