摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store all hot water in a tank substantially uniformly at an object temperature every time even when remaining hot water is existent in the hot water storage tank. SOLUTION: An apparatus comprises: a freezing cycle 41 for circulating a refrigerant; a water circuit 31 including a main circuit where a hot water storage tank 33 for storing hot water from a water heat exchanger 43, a pump 34, and a secondary side heat exchange pipe 43b of the water heat exchanger 43 are connected in order for circulation of water, a heat exchange bypass circuit 36 communicated between a water discharge side of the pump and a hot water inlet side of the hot water storage tank, and a heat exchange bypass valve 37 interposed in the course of the bypass circuit; stored hot water temperature control means where, when residual hot water in the hot water tank is detected before hot water storage operation in which water circulating in the water circuit is raised in its temperature to a set value of inlet water temperature of the water heat exchanger, the inlet water temperature set value is corrected, for hot water storage operation to a set value previously set higher by a predetermined value than the inlet water temperature set value of the water heat exchanger in response to the amount of the residual hot water; and stored hot water temperature equalizing means for opening the heat exchange bypass valve for a predetermined time after completion of the hot water storage operation by the stored hot water temperature control means and operating the pump.
