<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device which makes uniform a voltage applied to a side part of a resistance film and satisfies the linearity of detected coordinates. SOLUTION: The touch panel device is constituted by putting an X-axial resistance film substrate 1 which has an X resistance film 11 on its top surface and a Y-axial resistance film substrate 2 which has a Y resistance film 21 on its top surface one over the other across a slight gap; two opposite side parts of the resistance films of the X-axial resistance film substrate l and Y- axial resistance film substrate 2 are exposed, a main electrode with low resistance which is made of a metal material is arranged nearby the exposed side portions of the resistance films, and the main electrode and the exposed side portions of the resistance films are connected by a conductive member.</p> |
