PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct drive motor for washing machine in which the degree of freedom is increased in design while decreasing the number of components. SOLUTION: The motor 31 comprises a rotor 37a having a rotary magnetic body 40 magnetized alternately with different poles along the circumferential direction and a plurality of blade members 41 provided along the circumferential direction of the rotary magnetic body 40, and a stator 34 disposed to enclose the rotor 37a and arranged with a coil 33 along the circumferential direction.
