PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable power branching and combining circuit capable of reducing a loss, widening the band, and simplifying the structure by making it unnecessary to separately set a matching circuit. SOLUTION: This power branching and combining circuit is provided with a ground through-hole 4 or a pin grounded to the branch point of a microstrip line conductor 2 on a dielectric substrate 1. Moreover, a pattern 5 shaped like a concentric circle whose center is the same as the branch point is integrally formed with the microstrip line conductor 2.
