PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a hard disk substrate on an inner peripheral part side of a center hole. SOLUTION: A third disk holding member 13 is interposed between the inside surfaces of first and second disk holding members 11 and 12 relatively movably with the first and second disk holding members 11 and 12. The third disk holding member 13 is moved relatively with the first and second disk holding members 11 and 12, by which the first and second disk holding members 11 and 12 are pressed with plural pressing sections 17 disposed on both side sections in the moving direction of the third disk holding member to the inner peripheral parts of the center holes 2 of the plural hard disk substrates 1 and these plural hard disk substrates 1 are held from the inner peripheral part side of the center holes 2.
