PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape allowing heat exchange to be performed efficiently concerning a spiral fin tube. SOLUTION: A spiral fin tube is provided with a heat transfer tube 22 that has refrigerant circulating inside and is meandered, and fins 21 that are spirally wound about the heat transfer tube 22 in such a manner that the pitch of the fins 21 becomes gradually nondense from the refrigerant inflow side to the refrigerant outflow side.
