PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device capable of reducing the installation number of transducers at the organization time of a monitoring system compared with the case where a measuring device related to conventional technique is used. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first signal selection circuit 12, switches 21, 22, a direct measuring circuit 31 or an indirect measuring circuit 41, a second signal selection circuit 14, and an A/D converter 15. An electric signal inputted from input terminals 17a-17d is selected by the first signal selection circuit 12 and outputted, and inputted properly into either of the direct measuring circuit 31 and the indirect measuring circuit 41 by opening and closing of the switches 21, 22. Since the direct measuring circuit 31 can measure directly a current or the like which is a measuring object, measurement can be executed without installing a transducer.
