CORN GRAIN, EMPLOYING ANY TYPE OF CORN The present invention relates with a new process for obtaining dehydrated nixtamalized broken corn, in which nexayote is not produced and the resulting mass of the nixtamalization broken corn grinding has enhanced qualities, being applicable to any type of corn. The advantages of the present procedure are to achieve a nixtamalization process of broken corn at a certain particle size, allowing to be used in any type of corn; not affecting the belt, at the expense of chemical substances independent from corn grain. The process includes: 1) adding to a determined quantity of fractioned corn between 0.6 and 1.0% of lime in relation to the corn quantity, 2) and between 35 and 65% weight/volume of water in relation to the corn quantity to be nixtamalized, at a temperature of 55 and 65°C; and 3) keeping this temperature during a period of time ranging between 35 and 120 minutes, also keeping in movement the corn-water-lime mixture.
