<p>Surface coating material comprising poly-organosiloxane with a fluorinated side chain and one triorganosiloxy terminal group, in which the other terminal group consists of an oxygen-linked metal atom (zirconium, titanium, aluminum, phosphorus, zinc, boron or tin) attached to 5 ligands comprising hydrocarbyl groups or organic/inorganic anions is new. Surface coating material is of formula (I). [Image] R1, R8, R9, R10alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl; R2(partly-) fluorinated alkyl, cycloalkyl or aryl, with at least 2 carbon atoms between the fluoroalkyl and the silicon atom; R3-R7as for R1, or sulfate, nitrate, phosphate, chloride, acetate and other organic/inorganic anions; M : zirconium, titanium, aluminum, phosphorus, zinc, boron or tin; x, y : 0-100 wt.%; z : 0-50 wt.%. An independent claim is also included for a method for the production of (I) by transesterification at the metal atom.</p> |
